Founded in 1992 by William W. Brown, Platinum Seminars is backed with 17 years of industry experience. William Brown has sailed on over 600 cruises and is a wealth of cruise related knowledge. He has lectured at National Travel Conventions around the country as well as luxury cruise panels. He was nominated runner up for two years in a row for Travel Executive of the Year from Travel Trade Magazine. Dana C. McPherson, Senior VP, joined the company in 1997 and is in charge of the technical and promotions side of the company. Dana McPherson brings his vast experience in customer service, computer skill and sales to the company.

Platinum Seminars provides Seminar training on the major cruise lines along with great customer support - a combination that can't be beat! Platinum Seminars offers over 200 Seminar Sail dates throughout the year. Platinum Seminars has trained over 25,000 travel agents since 1992. Platinum Seminars currently has 16 Seminar Directors that conduct the Seminars onboard. The list of Seminar Directors reads like a Who's Who of Industry leaders with three PhD's and former executives from the travel industry.

Three Continuing Education Units
A Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) who completes this educational program earns three Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
