- 96 percent of agents indicated they have had more repeat luxury customers this year than last year
- 90 percent of agents said bookings have increased or remained steady for luxury cruise bookings
- 60 percent of agents say their customers feel overwhelmed by options on the internet and need expert help for luxury accommodations.
